How does the scheme work?

You complete a small form (see below) to register your interest in our Maximiser Re-Mortgage. As the month goes on more and more people will join you. At the end of the month, AllThingsFinancial negotiate the best possible deal with a leading lender. AllThingsFinancial then e-mail you the details of scheme. If you like the deal, and we are sure you will, you complete the re-mortgage application on-line. We do all the rest.

Who should sign up?

Anybody with an existing mortgage can register for the Maximiser Re-Mortgage.  We use the information you provide in the form to match your circumstances to the deal we offer.  If the first deal does not match your requirements then you may be e-mailed about subsequent deals.  If you consider your circumstances difficult, do not be put off, you have nothing to lose by registering.  There is no obligation to take any deal we offer you.  We only ask that should you wish to accept a deal we offer, you complete the re-mortgage application form (on-line) within 7 days of the offer (failure to do so may stop us from being able to process your application).
